Data Deletion Policy

Risper CRM5 ("we", "us", "our") respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of the information we hold about you, including any data received through Facebook, Instagram or the WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. What you can have deleted

• Contact details you submitted (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Enquiries received from Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads.
• WhatsApp conversation history linked to your number.
• Any related records stored in our CRM system.

2. How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest for you:

To help us locate your records, please include the name, email address or phone number you used when you contacted us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we proceed, to protect your privacy.

3. What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request and verify your identity.
• We will delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you, and instruct our service providers to do the same.
• We will complete your request within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

We may retain a minimal amount of information where the law requires us to keep it (for example, tax or accounting records), and only for as long as legally required.

4. Facebook Login data

If you used Facebook to interact with us and want the data associated with that login removed, you can contact us using the methods above, or remove our app from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Sending a request to privacy@con.raimsdigital.com will delete the corresponding data from our systems.
